Sunday we went out to the State Park and hiked the trails.... We tracked an armadillo... and touched it...I caught a ringneck snake and we checked it out for a bit *and then let it go unharmed*.... We observed woodpecker holes, beaver busy work, and saw all kinds of birds, bugs and butterflys. We had a wonderful time. We picked up trash left by others and did everything you are supposed to do when on a trail. I just wish others would.....I love days like this... When you can really enjoy who your children have become...I am proud of them, they are good people, full of love and laughter. I am glad that we all share a love of the outdoors....
Thad really wanted to take some good pictures of his Momma and Kenyon, I think he is developing quite an eye for photography.
Dillon touched the armadillo first, and is the one on top of the rock....
