This weekend was perfect! Read this in a rushed intonation.... We walked dogs, cleaned gutters, rode bikes, painted fence, trimmed bushes, transplanted semperveniums, planned the garden, Donnie ran sound for Jimmie and we took the kids to Tallgrass and ate dinner then they went to Marys and we all ended up spending the night and even got back in time for church ( I love it that when I had a moment of "I'm too tired, I stayed up until 4 Am talking to your uncle" the kids said "NO! We can't miss church!" but then again, we go to a REALLY cool church ) I had friends show up that I hadn't seen in 20 years since the 10th grade who came over when we were cleaning the shed out ( see my big mess?, lol).... We cooked out and Donnie made a really good brisket and I made healthy salads... we played fetch with Scraggles, talked to neighbors, recycled... and slept really hard, let me tell you.
Whew, I'm out of breath!
